Shipments and returns

Shipment

Packages are generally despatched within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment (or clearance of Cheque/PO for UK customers) and are shipped via Royal Mail.

Customers from the United Kingdom have 2 shipping options:

Royal Mail First Class standard delivery - this is a standard non-tracked service.

Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ - This service gives you complete peace of mind with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.

Customers from outside* the United Kingdom have 2 shipping options:

Royal Mail Airmail - this is a standard non-tracked service. Delivery to Europe within three working days and Worldwide delivery within five working days after despatch.**

Royal Mail International Signed For™ - this is a cost-effective and secure delivery service (airmail and surface) that requires a signature on delivery, available to all worldwide destinations and can be tracked via the Royal Mail website.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We also have a sliding scale for shipment fees that is calculated per the amount of badges you buy. The cost goes up in increments of 10, i.e shipment for 1 to 10 badges is the same, shipment then increases for 11 to 20 badges etc etc - for further information please contact us.

We advise you to group your items in one order.

Your package will be despatched at your own risk, and we do not take any responsibility for missing or lost items that are sent via a standard non-tracked service. We will however do our upmost to resolve any lost or missing items.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have agreed otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
